Yes, since there are no fixed reference points on the ground, the sense of depth is not perceived, so vertigo is typically not an issue.
Are there age limits?
There are no age limits, but there are weight limits:
Minimum weight: 20 kg (which can be achieved with ballast if necessary).
Maximum weight: 130 kg.
